A mounted repository is addressed by a UUID committed in the tree. The server mints a UUIDv7, writes only that file, and pushes it when the file is missing. An existing file is never rewritten. A different remote carrying a UUID that is already mounted is refused with 409. The connection id is gone from the URLs.
